My husband and I were looking to purchase a condo for my elderly father who was on a VERY fixed income, however we live in SC. My husband, who is also a realtor, reached out to his brokerage in Sarasota, and due to the tight budget we were on, no one was interested in helping us. We spoke to a handful of other realtors, and all of them turned their nose from us, except for Kaisen. We let him know right away my dad was on a fixed income, so our options were limited, and Kaisen did not skip a beat. He comforted us and let us know he would do everything he could to find the perfect fit. He did not discriminate, and did not judge, which to me, is most important! He offered to drive my father around to the showings so it was easier on him, without question, and helped us with everything else needed until we could make it to FL for closing. It was a pleasure to work with Kaisen. We first met through family after their home purchase. After our introduction we were immediately impressed by his professionalism and level of knowledge he shared about the market. My husband and I are long distance home buyers. During the home search Kaisen was open and willing to conduct home tours via FaceTime video or recordings if we were unavailable. We appreciated his patience and time and the amount of homes he toured for us. Once we chose our home the negotiation process was smooth. This is our second review, my wife Deb wrote a review as well. But, honestly, Shaun is worth 2 reviews and actually many more. We could not have asked for a better agent, resource and friend in this process. First we were in Pennsylvania, buying in Florida. Due to the ridiculous real estate market on the gulf coast in 2021, we actually made offers on 14 different properties, won two which didn't work out and then found our perfect second home in October. This was an immensely time and difficult process of many highs, lows and finally success. Shaun was steady, always there for us. I met Kaisen at an open house on June 4th, 2018 - the weekend after I moved from Missouri to Florida for my new job. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, and gave me directions to a different open house that would better suit our needs. There is proof that I am highly likely to recommend Kaisen because I have to two other people since we bought our house with him. Kaisen is one of the few people now that actually is immediate with his responses. At the time he was living over an hour away from where we were looking for houses and if we found one we wanted to look at he wouldn't hesitate to drive up just so we could look through the house. He would video chat me for we could look at potential places. He would send me email of house daily that were tailored to what I was looking for in a home.
